Our presenters do not need much introduction, as they have dominated the news pages with their respective success stories, but here goes:
Eloise Hall – 40 Under 40 Winner and Co-Founder and Managing Director of Taboo
Eloise, more commonly known to her friends and family as “Wheezie”, is one of the two founding directors of TABOO. After finishing high school in Adelaide, Eloise took a gap year to kick-start TABOO and do some travelling! She now studies a double degree of Business and International Studies at Flinders University, works part time, runs TABOO, lives out of home like a real adult AND seems to find enough time for her friends and family too. We think she may in fact be the real Wonder Woman. We will confirm with you when we find more evidence. |
Isobel Marshall – 2021 Young Australian of the Year and Co-Founder and Director of Health & Education
Isobel (possibly the most loveable woman on the planet), is one half of the pair who founded and directs TABOO. After Izzy’s high school days she went to fulfil a couple of her dreams, one to live in Paris (which she did for three months) and the other to change the world, and this was done through kick-starting TABOO! Now you’ll be able to find Izzy studying her heart away in Medicine at Adelaide University, and also in any cool café you can find in Adelaide. She sure loves her coffee, her friends and family, and of course her pack of beautiful dogs! |
Louise Nobes - 40 Under 40 Winner and CEO and Founder KIK Innovation and 42 Coding School Australia
"When I first learnt of 42, I believed it represented what KIK Innovation strives to achieve but at a global scale. Great minds are everywhere and 42 is 'ulturism' brought into reality. Starting my career as a social worker and then as I moved into education, entrepreneurship and business, I was still searching for solutions that removed some of the greatest barriers to education for disadvantaged young people. 42 is a great solution to unlocking the potential in anyone" |
Carmen Garcia - 2018 40 under 40 winner and Founder and CEO, Community Corporate
CEO and Founder of national award-winning diversity and inclusion certified social enterprise, Community Corporate. Operating in the niche space of corporate social responsibility, they specialise in recruitment with a social conscience and corporate volunteering. In 2021, Community Corporate won National Social Enterprise of the Year at the Australian Small Business Champions Awards. Fondly known by her peers as the Diversity and Inclusion Warrior, Carmen is a well-regarded social entrepreneur driven to make a profound economic and social impact through work. Based in Adelaide the social enterprise operates nationally with key corporate clients including the Woolworths Group, IKEA and On The Run to name a few. |
